What currencies are offered?
Interchange offers many major currencies online. However, if the currency you require is not listed, please contact us to see if the currency is available otherwise.

Is there a limit on how much I can order?
Yes. Our online system is designed to serve the needs of travelers and orders are limited to amounts valued at between $250 to $2,500.

Can I select the currency denominations I receive?
Please put in your preferences for denominations in the notes section of the order and we will endeavor to meet your needs. However we can not guarantee that you will receive the exact denominations you have requested.

Can I order delivery outside of Canada?
No.

Are there any fees associated with ordering?
There are no service charges associated with ordering through Interchange. The total cost of your purchase is the amount shown when you place the order.

How do I make payment?
You can pay for your payment by Interac Online through your online bank account.

How do I keep track of the status of my order?
You will also receive e-mail confirmation with details of the order to the email address provided as soon as you place the order online. You will also receive an email once payment is made and your order is shipped. You can also keep track of your order by logging onto your account on our website.

My order was successful. Why haven’t I received a confirmation e-mail?
If your confirmation e-mail has not arrived after ten minutes, please check your junk-mail box. Refer to your e-mail settings to mark e-mails as acceptable from interchangefinancial.com. If you ordered using a company e-mail address, our e-mail may have been blocked by your company. Please feel free to contact us at any time to check in on the status of your order.

Why has my order been rejected?
For security reasons, Interchange is not permitted to inform you of the reason your order was rejected.

Is the Interchange website secure?
The Interchange online order website employs the latest encryption technology to ensure that any information submitted through the website is secure. You can check our security settings by clicking on the padlock sign which can be found on the bottom right-hand side of most of our webpages.

I received an e-mail from Interchange asking for personal details. What should I do?

Delivery Options

When will I receive the foreign currency?
Your foreign currency will be delivered to you two business days after your payment has been made as long as payment is made prior to 2:00 pm EST.

What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery fee is $10 anywhere in Canada.

Do you deliver outside of Canada?
No. Interchange Financial delivers foreign currency inside of Canada only.

What do I do if my order is not delivered on the date I selected?
Please contact our customer services team.

 

Changing and Cancelling an Order

Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Interchange understands that travel plans can change, so we will do our best to amend your order. Changes cannot be guaranteed (for example, if the order has already been dispatched for delivery). If you need to change your order, please contact our customer service team.

You can cancel your order at any time prior to making payment. We reserve the right to cancel your order anytime prior to receiving payment.
